CyberPower MBC45ITCT 3-Phase Modular UPS Hardware

The CyberPower maintenance bypass cabinet, MBC45ITCT, is a 45kW step-down transformer that converts 600V or 480V 3phase input voltage to 208V 3phase output. For use with either the CyberPower SM020KAMFA 20kVA 208V 3phase system or the SM040KAMFA 40kVA 208V 3phase system. A Three-Year Warranty ensures that it has passed our highest quality standards in design, assembly, material or workmanship. It integrates an isolation step-down transformer and a maintenance bypass switching assembly in a single enclosure.

For site utility compatibility, the MBC provides exclusive input selection: 480 V (3-Phase, 3-Wire) or 600 V (3-Phase, 3-Wire). Only one input interface shall be used for a given installation; concurrent connection and/or use of both input interfaces is prohibited.

The MBC45ITCT is installed as part of the UPS power system to support maintenance bypass operation. In the normal power path, the MBC is supplied from the UPS output and provides a 120/208 V (3-Phase, 4-Wire) output interface via the internal busbars for connection to customer-provided downstream distribution equipment (e.g., a distribution panelboard).
