The PSHGCOVERKIT contains six duplex locking outlet covers and 24 black screws for installing the covers. Ideal replacements for lost, broken or otherwise damaged covers, these white plastic covers fit all Tripp Lite hospital-grade power strips with mounted duplex locking covers, including PS-415-HGULTRA, PS-615-HGOEM and other compatible NEMA 5-15R-HG and NEMA 5-20R-HG healthcare power strips. The covers are original OEM replacement parts, which retain their agency rating.
