The R210 & R220 rail kit is compatible with 2Post server racks and shallow, 4Post racks. The Dell R210 & R220 rail kit is a fixed rack-mounting device. It may be center-mounted or flush-mounted in a 2Post rack. Center mounting in a 2Post rack requires an additional part that comes with P/N: 1UBRK-R4
