Ensure protection at the critical fusion junction between two fusion spliced optical fibers. This heat-shrink sleeve is 40 mm in length and provides a 2.5 mm diameter opening to accommodate 2.5 mm fiber cables. It has been designed to make VFL verification easy to acomplish due to the transparent construction and a stainless steel wire strength memeber is present to ensure additional robsutness at the sight of the splice connection. These splice on connector heat shrink sleves are packaged in quantities of 50, and are recomended for use with FST3-F048 splice trays
