Overview
The PanZone® 4-Post Overhead Distribution Rack expands rack space above a rack or cabinet to maximize space in data centers and telecommunications rooms. The overhead rack can mount to most overhead racks or cable trays, or be suspended from the ceiling in numerous configurations. The 4-Post distribution rack enables the deployment of zone areas for greater scalability and quicker server deployments. The 4-Post overhead rack is 6RU, made of steel, and is black.
- Mounts switch equipment above racks or cabinet: Allows maximum utilization of available rack or cabinet space in a top of rack switching configuration.
- Pathway compatible: Designed for use with Wyr-Grid ® Overhead Pathway and will work with basket tray or ladder rack
- Narrow width: Rack will fit over a 600mm wide cabinet
- Adjustable depth: Adjust from 18" (457mm) to 30" (762mm) deep to accommodate various equipment depths
- Vertical managers with covers: Manage cabling, from overhead rack, down into rack or cabinet
- UL listed to 150 lbs: Heavy duty steel frame supports switch and patching above rack or cabinet
- Secure mounting: Mounts on strut supported with threaded rod to the ceiling
