Overview

TRENDnet's Industrial SFP to Gigabit PoE+ Media Converter, model TI-PF11SFP, converts a long-distance fiber connection to a copper connection while providing power to PoE and PoE+ compliant devices, such as IP cameras, VoIP phones, and wireless access points. This PoE+ media converter is IP50 rated with hardened components rated for extreme industrial environments and an operating temperature range of -40°- 75° C (-40° - 167° F). The front panel DIP switches control Link Fault Pass Through (LFPT), and setting the device to switch/converter mode. The industrial PoE+ media converter's rugged design also provides protection from shock, freefall, and vibration.

  • PoE++ OUTPUT: Converts long-distance fiber to copper while providing up to 95W of power to PoE, PoE+ and PoE++ compliant devices, such as IP cameras and wireless APs.
  • DIP SWITCHES: (1) LFPT (Link Fault Pass Through) on/off (default ON); (2) Converter and Switch mode on/off (default Converter mode)
  • POWER SUPPLY SOLD SEPARATELY: Powers supply sold separately (model: TI-S15052)
  • INDUSTRIAL DESIGN: Designed with a rugged IP50 rated housing, resistance to a high degree of vibration and shock, protection against ESD/EMI/surge, and operates within an extreme operating temperature range of -40° - 75° C (-40° - 167° F).
  • FIBER NETWORKING DISTANCES: Up to 80km fiber networking distances with the TEG-MGBS80 SFP module
  • LINK FAULT PASS THROUGH: Easily enable the LFPT (Link Fault Pass Through) feature on the industrial multi-mode media converter using the front panel DIP switch to identify a link fault to the remote LFPT enabled media converter
  • SURGE PROTECTION: 6kV Ethernet surge protection
  • DIN RAIL & WALL MOUNTS INCLUDED: IP50 rated metal enclosure with included DIN-rail and wall mount hardware
