This Service provides an optional add-on hardware replacement service for existing Cisco customers with active subscription licenses that include technical support services
Where available, Cisco will provide Advance Replacement for eligible Hardware. The RMA Only option provides full unit replacement and optional onsite resources. This Service does not entitle You to receive any additional service delivery elements, which are delivered by the required TAC entitled subscription. The RMA Only Service option is only available for purchase where You have an existing subscription is in place.
- Supports the long?term use of your equipment by helping maintain reliability and assisting in preserving the value of your investment
- Return Material Authorization service is included to assist you with resolving issues and address problems through the available support features
- Next Calendar Day - Replacement service response time defines the expected support interval, helping maintain timely handling of requests within the service guidelines
- On?site service helps reduce downtime by providing assistance at your location, supporting quicker handling of issues when needed
